Lauren is the founder and co-owner of Healing Connections Therapy, LLC and has been practicing therapy for over 8 years now. Lauren is EMDR certified and specializes in working with PTSD, maternal mental health, and clients who are going through life transitions. Hava is a co-owner of Healing Connections Therapy, LLC since 2023. Hava is a therapist specializing in mood disorders, life transitions, and trauma.
