"I believe strongly in the power of self-compassion and love seeing people learn to embrace their authentic selves. One of my favorite things about counseling is witnessing the wonderful and unique qualities that every person possesses."

About Me

In 2020 I graduated from Prescott College with my BA in Psychology and Human Development, and in 2021 I completed my MS in Counseling with a specialization in clinical mental health counseling. My education emphasized social justice and the importance of honoring each individual’s life experience.

My internship was at a no-cost counseling clinic which allowed me to work with many different populations and concerns. I primarily gained experience with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I was fortunate to work with counselors from various backgrounds who helped me grow personally and professionally during this time. I am so grateful for all the clients who allowed me to be a part of their journey.

Outside of work, I am passionate about art, writing, and the outdoors. I especially like rock climbing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The most important aspects of my self-care routine are spending time with the people I care about and engaging in creative projects.
